Extended research practises - Brief part two
The live brief is now over and we are moving on with our project, using what we did in the first part of the project as a starting point I have decided to create a range of gloves that are completed inspired by the fingerprint.
The lines of the fingerprint are used within the construction of the gloves and the prints are repeated and vibrantly coloured. The gloves vary in size and length to give variation but are all bought together by use of the base colours black and white, and the print being in a different colour.
There is a lot of elements that need to be considered for this brief, which is stressing me out quite a lot, usually you can see how you are going to get all of the work in a brief done, but with this I am really struggling to see how everything I want to do is going to get finished.
I want to have every part of the brief covered, so doing;
• Product
• Packaging for the product
• Packaging for products in the exhibition shop
• Swing tags
• Swing tags for exhibition shop products
• Invitations
• Tickets
• Business cards
• Model and space layout
• Exhibition book
• Animation and video
I really feel that all these elements are important to the end of the brand and make it what it is, but I just don’t think that there is going to be enough time for me to be able to do it all.
I think it will be a case of keeping the research on each area light, so I can cover as much ground as possible.
